The FGS Workshop will take place from Wednesday noon to Thursday afternoon at the Wettzell Observatory and focuses on ring laser measurements and subdaily Earth rotation variations.

The closest international airport is Munich airport. Train schedules are available under http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de. Collective transport from the closest railway stations (Koetzting, Cham, Gotteszell) is possible. If you wish to be picked up at any of these stations, please inform the local organization team early.
If you travel by car, you may use the road map for orientation.
A number of reservations have been made in the Landhotel Miethaner, which is 2 km south of the Wettzell Observatory. A shuttle service from the hotel to the observatory will be available. The price for a single room is 35,- Euro including breakfast. Unfortunately payment by credit card is not possible. Here is the hotel address:
